We must understand that depression is real. Silent struggles are real. Daily battles are real. PRIVATE PAIN is real. The complexity of keeping everything in, will eventually come to a boiling point, and what do you do, when you have had ENOUGH?

What do you do when you are TIRED? EXHAUSTED? FRUSTRATED?

Dear Sis,

Life is not always easy, and yes I understand, it can be quite difficult to cope with at times. Life has its challenges, we grow weary, we sometimes want to give up, and sometimes we feel like we are all by ourselves, but know that you are NOT ALONE. There are people that God assigns to your life to help you navigate and get through the rough patches, the darkest moments, the times when your back is against the wall, and when you honestly feel like the devil is winning.(however we are aware that the enemy is deceitful, an accuser and a liar too) We as women have to become honest enough with God, ourselves, our inner circle, and know when its time to seek HELP! Pride has to die. Shame has to be buried. Guilt has to be put to death, because there will come a time, when you reach a breaking point, and you need to be willing to seek guidance, so that you wont become so overwhelmed that you allow the enemy to gain access to your life, and he begins to talk to you, and causes you to isolate yourself, so that he can fill you with lies. I want you to know that you are stronger than you think. I want you to know that there is a group of women that's rooting for you to make it. Someone is counting on you to make it to the finish line. Money can't solve everything.Pretending will not last long. Lying to yourself and the people that love you will never help. If you are in need of help,be honest today, there is so much greater on the flip side of all that you are facing right now. There are so many amazing things in store for you, if you just hold on. There is a beautiful rainbow ahead waiting for you, if you just endure just a little while longer. Our God is intentional, he knows how much your heart can take, he knows when you are on the edge of giving up, he knows when you have taken all that you can. Text someone, call someone, ask for prayer from your spiritual parents, or your prayer partners, seek Godly counsel, but whatever you do, don't give up, and don't throw in the towel. Sis, whatever you do, please understand that you don't have to go through it by yourself. I am here, for you. Someone is praying for you even right now. It will get better eventually. I can't tell you that it will get better tomorrow, but this I do know, God will never put more on you than you can bare. Lets do better by reaching out and checking on our people. We are better together.
