Purpose over Popularity

What is the mere purpose in the pursuit of popularity? What does being popular entail? #questionsthatneedanswers #someonepleaseexplain #ijustdontunderstand

The purpose that was intended when we were created was to fulfill our purpose in life. In the bible it tells us in the book of Revelation 17:17, " For God has put it in their hearts to execute His purpose by having a common purpose, and by giving their kingdom to the beast, until the words of God will be fulfilled." You are not here by coincidence or just by chance, God has a purpose in mind for you.
The problem we have in today's society is not that we are unsure of what our purpose is, we have a hard time trying to find a balance in between actually obeying God and not being consumed with the idea of popularity. If you are one of Gods chosen ones the bible also tells us in the book of Genesis 12:2, " And I will make you a great nation, and I will bless you, and make your name great: and so you shall be a blessing." The word alone tells us that we don't have to try to force anything on our own, Jesus is interceding on our behalf to his father daily.
Sis, POPULARITY does not last. People will love you today and dislike you tomorrow. There are people around the world who think of things daily to do, only to win likes, followers, and to be recognized. What are we being recognized for? How are we helping to make our nation better? The world? What steps are we taking daily to obey God? Who are we being a light to?
If we spent more time pursuing our purpose, more people would begin to know who God is, more people would be healed, more people would have the desire to pursue their own purposes, and God would be glorified.
Lets be honest we live in a tech savvy world, and it's perfectly ok. Ask yourself this question: WHAT AM I DOING WITH THE PLATFORM THAT GOD HAS GIVEN ME?
The life that we are blessed with is designed to leave an impact on someone. Who's life is being empowered by yours? What are you doing with the gifts and talents that God has blessed you with? There is so much locked up on the inside of you, screaming to come out. Release it.
Don't spend time comparing yourself to others. You should never desire to live someone else's life. You never know how they got to that level, or how they are blessed with what "ideally" looks like, "LIFE GOALS." You are life goals, someone is looking at you right now and saying to themselves, " she inspires me to do better, she inspires me to be bold to start pursuing my goals and dreams,or I want to know more about Jesus because of her. That my friend is purpose.
Purpose over popularity will win everyday. Your purpose lasts a lifetime. God will be sure of that, as long as you are walking upright before him, obeying him, you will always eat the good of the land. You never have to worry about taking shortcuts, or taking the easy route, when you are a daughter of the king. So the next time you find yourself worrying about who's going to support you, why you don't have enough people following you, or when is God going to do what he's promised, REMEMBER THIS:
JEREMIAH 29:11 " FOR I KNOW THE PLANS I HAVE FOR YOU DECLARES THE LORD, PLANS TO PROSPER YOU AND NOT HARM YOU, PLANS TO GIVE YOU HOPE AND A FUTURE.
LET'S MAKE A VOW TO ALWAYS CHOOSE PURPOSE OVER POPULARITY. GOD WILL BRING YOU IN THE RIGHT ROOMS, HE WILL OPEN THE RIGHT DOORS, HE WILL GIVE YOU FAVOR WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE, AND HE WILL MAKE YOUR NAME GREAT IN DUE TIME.
