The Unapologetic Era

As Demi Lovato states in her song, " I'm sorry, I'm not Sorry", WE ARE NOT SORRY!! This is a new era, and a new day, People are making boss moves without apologizing!

Listen in order for you to become all that God has designed and purposed you to be, you have to lose the mindset of feeling like you owe people an explanation, because you chose to do what God has placed in your heart. Did they ask you for permission, when they decided to walk in purpose? No, I don't think so.

Now allow me to take you back, since it is Black History Month, think about all the amazing people that came before us, that took tremendous risks in order for us to be where we are today. Some of our forefathers lost their lives, because they dared to do something that would change the course of the way we lived forever. This was before technology existed. This was before women could be "Girl Bosses..". This was before women could become CEO's of Fortune 500 Companies. This was before women could even dare to stand in a pulpit and preach the gospel. They were unapologetic then, and we are even more unapologetic now.

The Unapologetic Era is now.

Unapologetic - not apologizing or unwilling to say sorry.

Era- a fixed point in time from which one series of years is reckoned. A memorable or important event; one that begins a new period in the history of a person or thing.

Living in this new era will require you to make a few changes:

1. Stop worrying about what people think.

2. Come up in your mind; if you can change your mind, you can change your life.

3.Your purpose is designed to reach somebody, get to work.

4. You can not fix what you are not willing to confront head on( what is stopping you from living an unapologetic life?)

5. BOSS UP! You have places to go, people to meet, money to make, and most importantly A GOD to get all the GLORY!

6. Leave a trail of glitter everywhere you go. People will be talking about you years from now, on how you changed the course of the game for women. You are a trail blazer! You are a delicacy, OWN IT!!

7. LAST but not LEAST! Stop being so easily reachable, set some boundaries sis! You are a woman who's about to embark on the best journey of your life, everybody shouldn't be able to get close to you.

Declaration for The Unapologetic Era 2018

" I am a woman who lives her life unapologetically. I have what it takes to become the woman God is calling me to be. I live a life of freedom; from what people think, to the bold moves I make, to the people I allow in my inner circle. I create new ways to make my life a life worth living. I understand that as I intentionally continue to put God first, he strategically opens new doors for me to walk in. Everything that I touch prospers. I'm not intimidated by being around people of influence who are where I want to be, because I remain teachable. I boldly pursue my purpose with only two intentions; that is to please God, and to help those that are assigned to me. I don't have to explain why the favor of God rests on my life, because he predestined me before the foundations of the world. God is making my name great, and I will not let him down. I am apart of The Unapologetic Era"
